Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon transfer of the products to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

“Seventh Rep” and related names, logos, product names, and designs are trademarks of Seventh Rep or its licensors. Shopify and its related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

We may provide access to third-party tools as part of the Services. We do not monitor or control these tools and provide them “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements.

Seventh Rep is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Seventh Rep.
You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Seventh Rep, including claims relating to products, shipping, returns, or customer support. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising out of transactions made through our store.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY
