Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Simply email our support team with your order number and the corrected details, and we’ll take care of it.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Help! I think my order is lost.
If tracking hasn’t updated yet, please allow some time for the carrier system to refresh. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact Seventh Rep™ Support and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping usually arrives within 8–14 business days after dispatch. Orders are processed within 3 business days, though dispatch may take up to 6 business days during peak periods. Shipping times do not include customs or clearance delays.
