Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or receipt

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@seventhrep.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

To receive a different item, the quickest option is to return the original product for a refund (once approved) and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without providing justification.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above, including being unused, in original condition, with tags attached, packaging intact, and proof of purchase provided.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
